Refund Policy

Our Policy

We will offer full refund or a new replacement for items that has been damaged during delivery. 

For damaged packing boxes, we are not able to offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.

For ordinary products that are faulty or damaged, kindly report to us within 3 days after packages are delivered.

For electronic products, that are faulty or damaged, kindly report to us within 7 days after packages are delivered.

Do take note cost of shipping back the item may be even higher than the value of the product itself and there is a longer waiting time due to shipping. Refund cannot be accepted if we have sent the correct product to you in good condition, and as described and due to other exceptional circumstances outside the control of staff of 'Furmidore'

Some packages may also have customs clearance problems and cannot be delivered to your country because of certain customs policy. You are solely responsible to know the custom policy before purchasing. No refunds will be given for items rejected /confiscated at customs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at furmidore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take necessary actions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please do get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 
Item exchanges are not supported. You may however place a separate purchase order for the new item before or after receiving a refund.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The Company will dispute any chargebacks and refund claims if you made a mistake about the size, color, patterns or anything of that nature or if you did not enquire or read up on the shipping time that is found in our website and make a claim with regards to that.

Chargebacks / Fraud Purchases

At Furmidore, we have zero tolerance for fraud purchases with the intent of getting the product for free. No cancellation of orders will be entertained once the item is bound delivery. We have taken legal actions against such fraud customers.
