2. During Checkout it says items does not deliver to my country
Sometimes, some of the products cannot be delivered to certain locations due to high shipping costs that cannot be absorbed. However, If our product sparks your interest and you want to purchase them, contact us at email@example.com with item details and the country and address of your location. We will try our best to work out something for you.
3. How long does the shipping take?
Estimated shipping time varies by location and may take Estimated Delivery Time of 10 - 15 days or even longer due to COVID-19. Processing time will take 24hr on business working days. For remote areas or countries like UAE, the shipping might take longer up to 25 days due to distance.
4. What about Customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees (if any) once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may have to pay the customs fees when they arrive. You are also responsible for making sure your item is allowed to be shipped to your location. No refunds will be given if the items are not allowed to enter your location or are confiscated due to local laws.
5. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order gets shipped out. Rest assured we will keep track of all items.
6. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
It takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If you have not received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take note, the current COVID situation will delay processes and slight delays are expected.
7. Am I able to exchange items if I ordered the wrong size etc?
